Please join us for a reception and short artist talk about the textile installation Homage to the Forests at the s'gʷi gʷi ʔ altxʷ: House of Welcome. Arnold will share images, remarks and answer questions about inspiration and unusual explorations inspired by the tree bark which she refers to as “Tree Skins”.

The s'gʷi gʷi ʔ altxʷ: House of Welcome is on the campus of the Evergreen State College and open to the public Monday-Friday, 9-5pm. They will be available for hugging through Dec 12, 2025.
